3. Disclaimer

CAUTION! Some of the photos collected in our photo galleries may be considered graphic in nature. But not any more graphic than what is seen in the recognized national and local news media. We do understand that viewing the images on our site may be difficult for  some people and we mean no disrespect. 

Our goal is to be informative and educate the public by providing information through our web content with  photos and information about our organization, members, calls and the  public services that we provide to the citizens of our community. 

It is not our goal to post photos that would cause harm, emotionally or physically to any person or family involved. Attempts will be made to try and take caution on the photo’s posted by blocking out any personal information such as license plates and the faces of all non emergency personnel, etc involved, when necessary. There are on occasion when a photo is shown unknowingly by mistake and we do sincerely apologize beforehand  when that happens. We will make an attempt to rectify any such occurrence with no problem or hesitation when it comes to our attention.



The Internet is a place that encourages free and creative expression, and as in any environment, conflicts will arise.

If you like my photos Feel free to copy and distribute my photos as long as it is NOT FOR PROFIT  and used without malice or deformation or character and such. Using our photos for profit, without expressed written consent, or modifying before redistribution may result in legal proceedings.
